Premier is proud to announce Alex Hamilton’s promotion to Director of Operating Standards, FBO Services, recognizing more than five years of growth, experience, and leadership within Premier’s FBO operations.
Building a Career in FBO Operations
Alex began his career with Premier in line-service, gaining a hands-on understanding of aviation and the day-to-day operations of an FBO. He later transitioned into customer service and became Customer Service Manager, gradually expanding his responsibilities across all three Premier FBO locations.
Experience Across Premier’s FBO Network
Throughout his time with Premier, Alex has worked in areas including fuel pricing, billing, staffing, training, reporting, systems, vendor coordination, and financial performance. He also helped support the launch of Premier’s DAY and CVG locations, giving him valuable experience in developing and strengthening FBO operations.
“I’ve always enjoyed problem-solving, improving processes, and understanding how the different parts of an FBO work together,” Alex said. “I also have a strong interest in finance, so I enjoy finding ways to improve both operational and financial efficiency while keeping exceptional customer service as a top priority.”
Driving Consistency and Efficiency
In his new role as Director of Operating Standards, FBO Services, Alex will focus on creating greater consistency and efficiency across Premier’s FBO network. His responsibilities include standardizing procedures and reporting, supporting fuel pricing, monitoring staffing and activity, maintaining training and compliance standards, coordinating with vendors, and helping address operational challenges.
Supporting Premier’s Continued Growth
Alex is also focused on building scalable processes that can support Premier as the company continues to grow.
“I’ve really enjoyed seeing how much Premier has grown over the past few years,” he said. “I’m excited to contribute to that growth in a larger role and help Premier continue building a strong reputation in the FBO industry.”
