Hawker Phase Inspections & G Checks
PremierMRO provides scheduled Hawker phase inspections for aircraft including the Hawker 800XP, 850XP, 900XP and Hawker 1000. Our team supports both flight-hour and calendar-based maintenance requirements, including inspections involving airframe structures, flight controls, landing gear, hydraulics, avionics and other critical aircraft systems.
For aircraft approaching a major 48-month inspection, commonly known as a G Check, our technicians can support the more extensive inspection and structural work that may be required. Depending on the aircraft and inspection program, this may include non-destructive testing, bonding inspections, landing gear work and corrosion evaluation.

Yes. PremierMRO supports scheduled Hawker phase inspections, including flight-hour and calendar-based maintenance requirements. Depending on the aircraft and inspection program, these inspections may involve airframe structures, flight controls, landing gear, hydraulics, avionics and other critical systems.
Does PremierMRO support Hawker 48-month G Checks?
PremierMRO supports major Hawker inspections, including 48-month inspections commonly known as G Checks. These inspections may include structural inspections, non-destructive testing, bonding inspections, landing gear work and corrosion evaluation.
Does PremierMRO provide TFE731 engine support?
Yes. PremierMRO provides TFE731 engine line maintenance and can coordinate MPI and CZI events with an authorized service center, including engine removal and reinstallation. Our technicians can also perform inlet and exhaust borescope inspections.
For Hawker APUs, PremierMRO provides inspections and servicing and can remove and reinstall APUs when overhaul is required.
Can avionics upgrades be completed during Hawker maintenance?
Yes. Scheduled maintenance can be an ideal opportunity to coordinate avionics upgrades, cabin improvements or refurbishment projects while the aircraft is already in the shop, helping reduce additional downtime.
