Dayton, Ohio (February 6, 2025) PremierMRO Dayton, a unit of Premier Private Jets, has reinforced its position as a major one-stop-shop MRO in the Upper Midwest thanks to its new relationship with Universal Avionics.
As a Universal Avionics dealer, the MRO is ready to install Universal’s new InSight Display System, a full panel upgrade. It can perform this work for any aircraft, especially the Hawker 800 and 1000 and the Citation VII, models in which the company specializes. It can also upgrade legacy flight management systems for FANS-1/A and CPDLC, enhancing communications capabilities.

The relationship with Universal adds to the many flight deck options the company offers. The facility can conduct flight deck modernizations for most popular aircraft brands, and at the same time inspect and upgrade engines, refurbish interiors, and repaint aircraft.
“Since acquiring the Dayton facility from previous owners just one year ago, we have expanded capabilities to better serve customers, while retaining a long-tenured and deeply experienced technical staff, especially in the area of avionics,” said Birmingham. “I’m proud to say, we’ve created a vital hub for the full gamut of aircraft services, including mobile AOG response, in the Upper Midwest.”
With a team of more than 50 experts, PremierMRO is able to tackle any service inspection, upgrade or airplane makeover. The company specializes in King Airs, Citations, Hawkers and the Beechjet family of aircraft.
