John Walker recently joined PremierMRO as Regional Sales Manager, bringing over a decade of experience to the company’s growing presence in Dayton, OH.
“John attracted our interest because of his long record of creating close and trusted relationships with clients, and for knowing the MRO business inside and out. He literally grew up in it,” said Josh Birmingham, President of Premier Aviation.
Continuing his reputation for stellar client relationships, Walker has been making the rounds building contacts and generating business for Premier’s one-stop-shop for turboprops and jets. Recent visits to major Ohio airports include Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) as well as regional airports Dayton-Wright Brothers Airport (MGY) and Cincinnati Municipal Airport/Lunken Field (LUK).
Walker comes from an aviation family that owns and operates an FBO and MRO facility. Since his teenage years, he has fostered his love for flying by earning a pilot license and delivering aircraft for the family brokerage business. His expertise and dedication continued to grow as he went on to be Vice President and Aircraft Broker for Jet Quest for thirteen years.
The Premier team looks forward to seeing Walker continue to drive outreach, quoting, and coordination to support customers requiring inspections, repairs, overhauls, upgrades, paint and interior refurbishment.
“I’ve worked alongside some of the most passionate professionals in business aviation—earning the trust of clients, forming lasting partnerships, and forging friendships I truly value”, says Walker. “I look forward to continuing to apply the bridge between the customer and the broad capabilities available at PremierMRO.”
